Here's some stuff fixed since the 7jun99 and 22jun99 patches.
NO NEED to rewire any of your IDE devices. Installing from a CD on one bus to a hard disk on the other works just splendiferously now.
You can use "linuxconf" and do "/etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart" until the cows come home.
The PCI infrastructure code specific to Visual Workstations now properly assigns IRQ numbers to cards in the PCI slots.
This is enough to get SOME, but NOT ALL PCI cards to work with Linux on the Visual Workstation.
