TAKE - xfstests

[FSG QA <fsgqa@bruce.melbourne.sgi.com>]

Add a test to exercise concurrent block device reads and
filesystem activity.  Testing a specific condition in 2.6
kernels, but its a generally useful test (basically cat's
the device while running fsstress on it at the same time).
