Can you verify that this is still a problem?  You tested 2.0.9, but the
latest version is 2.2.2.  The Makefiles still have the "wrong" order so it's
probably still a problem, but if you could verify, that would help.  

Also, Nathan (our acl/attr guru) is out for a while, but I'm sure he'll be
interested in this when he comes back.  I'll let him make the change because 
I'm not quite sure how we sync up with Andreas on acl changes.
