Just what it says... "dirty log written in incompatible format" - mount
& unmount it on Irix, then re-dd it.  The endian-ness of the log is
machine native so you can't replay an Irix log on Linux.

If you absolutely can't mount/unmount on Irix, then xfs_repair -L will
obliterate the log, but there are losses associated with that.
