NULL Pointer dereference in 2.4.19-xfs-pre4 with nfsd

I keep recieving this little gem amonst other with a new system we are 
trying to put in, only appears to rear its head when I put in the full 
amount of RAM being 2GB if I leave the server at 1GB it operates ok, only 
once has it crashed with this type of error on 1GB of RAM.  Here is my 
system specs:

Dual Athlon MP 2000+
A7M266-D Motherboard
Raid 5 array using 3Ware 7500-8 64bit card and 8x120GB Maxtor ATA133 disks
2GB of Samsung PC2100 RAM (4x512MB)
Intel EtherExpress 1000 Pro Copper 64Bit NIC

Am using 2.4.19 XFS Pre 4 and Slackware 8.1 Linux Distribution.

Sorry I have lost the oops info, the system didn't log it :( Still can't 
work out why it only happens with 2GB of RAM.
