2.5.19-xfs is on its way out

It is Friday Evening, and I do not want to sit and wait for the tool
to finish its job anymore. So 2.5.19 is on its way into the cvs tree.
A couple of things are missing yet, xfs does not build as a module,
and you cannot build kdb. The rest of xfs is basically working, but 
this is lightly tested right now.
