Thanks, that was the solution!!! (I should read the INSTALL file 
correctly ;-) I remembered only on the "make install-dev" command).

I haven't found this Version on ftp:/oss.sgi.com and cvs is not possible 
for me (proxy/firewall.....) ;-(
