TAKE - Modify nfs-related superblock ops

(This is Steve's change, just checking it in for him).

fh_to_dentry and dentry_to_fh are still #ifdef'd out, but this change
restricts the inode numbers to 32 bits, since that's all that we
have on Linux at this point.

We'll try to get some more testing with this change.
