Hi John,

I have seen this problem due to the tcsh RPM that shipped with RH 7.2
and RH 7.1 compiled without O_LARGEFILE and some other flags.

I downloaded tcsh-6.11-3mdk.src.rpm from Mandrake Cooker, built and
installed it and globs work fine now.  I think the link I used to
download was:

ftp://mirror.phy.bnl.gov/pub/Mandrake-pub/Mandrake-devel/cooker/SRPMS/tcsh-6.11-3mdk.src.rpm
