Can't build CVS kernels of 20020321 & 20020327

Hi,

It's not possible for me to build the kernel mentioned above. I saw the new
qouta options and suspect it has something to do with it, but I'm not sure.

Building everything goes fine, but at the end of the run it's not able to
produce a kernel because of DQUOT_SYNC. I don't have the exact error here.

My config:
- gcc 2.95.3;
- libc 2.2.5;
- linux 2.4.18 w/xfs support;
- evms 0.9.2 base patch;
- evms CVS patch 20020326;
- devfs 199-9;
- devfs raw patch.

I noticed the new options and tried both old quota interface and the new
quota interface and I've got the new quota tools, but it will not build at
all.
