cloning computers with xfs

Hi guys,

I am trying to find a way to easily clone my laptop to several other
computers.  It runs 2.4.19-ac1 with xfs and rmap12f.  It is using Debian
Unstable.

I found a utility that says it will do it.  It is called Mondo:

It uses afio to do the backup.  Has anyone used this utility or can
vouch for afio as being safe to backup xfs partitions.

I know I can also use xfsdump and xfsrestore, but my problem here would
be how do I create a rescue boot cdrom that uses my root partition as
its basis - any thoughts on this too?
