I don't have a scsi x86 box at hand, but what appears at /proc/scsi/scsi
are the attatched devices (from all scsi controlers). But that disc is
attatched to a QLogic SBus SCSI controller.

$ cat /proc/scsi/qlogicpti/1
PTI Qlogic,ISP SBUS SCSI irq 53 regs at fd01e000

I haven't been able to found a reference to that card at that file, aldo
I can almost bet that its mantainer its David S. Miller. I'm gonna write
it to sparclinux@vger.kernel.org.
