Re: chown32() weirdness



Ok, I guess this is a difference between Irix and Linux...

bonnie% id
uid=38415(sandeen) gid=10(engr)
bonnie% touch feh
bonnie% ls -li feh
4435055 -rw-r--r--    1 sandeen  engr           0 Feb 18 08:51 feh
bonnie% chown 0.0 feh
bonnie% ls -li feh
4435055 -rw-r--r--    1 root     sys            0 Feb 18 08:51 feh
bonnie% uname -a
IRIX64 bonnie 6.5 01091821 IP27
bonnie% rm feh
feh: 644 mode. Remove ? (yes/no)[no] : y

Perhaps we should be more Linux-like here, though...
