TAKE - xfsdump/xfsrestore document -q QIC tape option

The -q option tells xfsdump/xfsrestore that the tape is a QIC tape. QIC tapes
use only 512 byte blocksizes, so xfsdump/xfsrestore need to make special
allowances for this.

This is a Linux only option.  On IRIX, xfsdump/xfsrestore are able to
automatically detect QIC tapes.

If you get messages like:

  xfsdump: unable to set block size to 1048576

or try to specify a 512 byte blocksize with -b, and then get an assertion
error like:

  xfsdump: drive_scsitape.c:1985: do_get_write_buf: Assertion `contextp->dc_nextp < contextp->dc_recendp' failed.

then you _might_ have a QIC tape that requires this option.  This option
has been in the Linux xfsdump/xfsrestore since the initial port, but hasn't
been documented.
