The odds are against you. Undelete is something that needs to be designed 
in from the start. That's not possible anymore with XFS.

When you delete a file the space that you freed is mostly contigous and 
thus easily reused for the next file you create.

The only that you can do is switch it off as soon as you notice it and then 
mount the disk read only in another box. Then you start poking it with 
utilities. If you know the name you might be able to retrieve the file(s).

Backups are the only solution to this problem.
