XFS/DISK crashing



I am running Linux 2.4.5 with xfs 1.0.1, the disk with XFS is a 150GB
Raid.

For some reason the raid keeps crashing while I am trying to copy files,
it always crashes after a certain period of time of copying files to the
raid.

Please help.

Here is the error message:
