Hi,
i've just compiled kernel 2.4.5 with xfs patches and i try to run RAID1 on
2 scsi disks (adaptec controller) ... The RAID driver is "compiled" into the
kernel (not as a module) with xfs ...
Well mounting disks without xfs everything works fine ...
if i try to setup the md device the system says while booting

(swapper 1)Used obsolete MD ioctl.
Update your software ...

it doesn't seem to be a kernel problem because the adaptec controller and
the md devices are recognized ok (filesystem types in the partition table
are set to fd) ... the system stops while trying to mount disks (i guess)
and i don't know where to check ...

Can someone please help me ????

Thanks a lot in advance and Ciao

			Drake
