xig is an american company which is making commercial X-server (www.xig.com) .
We bought from xig a so called "Technology Demonstration" X-server. The server
is multihead capable is aprrox. 2 times faster ( 2D operations) than the
XFree-server and supports OpenGL by graphics hardware. At that time this
X-server is kind of a beta release and doesnt support TNT2 cards, we are using
3 permedia2 cards ( 2x PCI, 1x AGPElsa Gloria Synergy ) which is a bit out of
date. But as far as i know this is the only configuration which allows more
then 2 head projections ( up to six ), hardware accelerated
OpenGL calls and runs on Windows NT ( Ups ... sorry i used the bad word ... )
and Linux.
