I'm sorry to disappoint but I don't think this will work with either
Beta or the upcoming first release of Performer for Linux.

Multiprocessing is not supported (yet) and it is required in order to
utilize multiple pfPipe objects. Calls to 'pfMultipipe(n)' will fail
and 'pfGetPipe(1)' will return NULL..
