Dirk,

The OpenFlight Preview Icons (or .icn files) are actually AT&T 8-bit Image
Format. This format is not widely used and therefore tough to find any
conversion tools. In order to help our customers out, we created an API
application to convert these files to RGB. The source code is included for
anyone who would like to improve it's usability and functionality. It was
written for the MultiGen II 1.4+ API, therefore, some work would need to be
do get it to work for Creator. I hope this helps.

                Hi there,

it's a little bit off-topic and I remember that somebody
wrote something
                about
this in the past but I couldn't find it in my archives...
:-(

Does somebody know which image format is used for MultiGen
II preview? Is
                there
a loader (better a source for the loader) available?

                mgGreetings,
                Dirk.
