Try perfly with the -c2 option in order to have to channels. In one channel
you will see the left eye image, in the other channel the right eye image.
The stereo offset you can also choose. In the option "-H x,y,z" the z-value
defines the offset (i.e. the distance between the eye points). If z == 0,
both channels show the same image.

Please don't forget to inform me about problems with that options -c and -H.
