moving vertices and isect

I am deforming a cube and finding that when using isect I am getting less
and less reliable results, the more I deform the cube. Is there something I
should call so that isect operates on the actual vertices of the GeoSet
which is calling isect, rather than as they were.
At present I have tried setBound(NULL,PFBOUND_DYNAMIC), which was just
hopefull as I had set PFTRAV_IS_PRIM not PFTRAV_IS_GSET
