seems
to have cropped up on older IRIX versions/patches, e.g. 6.2 and patches,
maybe even 6.4 but I'm pretty sure it's sorted now - what OS are you at ?
Even when it did occur it never seemed to actually cause a problem. Unless
you have recent OS and/or it's causing a problem for you then I doubt you
need to worry about it, it should go away when you upgrade :-)

Never seen it before. It hints at some memory issue (TRAM?)
