Calling pfuMakeSceneTexList then pfuDownloadTexList would change the
order on an Octane if you don't already call it. You'll also get better
TRAM useage on that platform.
This problem seems triggered by your specific circumstances and the
textures you load so most databases and users do not encounter it. As
Marcin explained, unfortunately the fix created more serious problems
which showed up under internal testing so the lesser of two evils was
chosen.
