There is a SGI patch 3446 that replaces some xdm files that I have been told
fixes this problem. I have had the exact same log message and I tried 3446 on
my machine and it did not fix the problem 100%. I am running 6.5.2m and am
hoping an OS upgrade will solve it completely.
