"Something" is causing the graphics pipe to crash in mid-stream, but
unfortunately the SYSLOG output alone isn't enough to determine
exactly what it is.

You should call tech support, especially if it's reproduceable
there's folks who can look at your code and/or the kpm dump to figure
out what happened. In the USA the number is 1-800-800-4744.

But I can save you some time, the first thing they'll say to do is to
log in remotely as root, take the graphics offline with
/usr/gfx/stopgfx, and run /usr/diags/IR/bin/irsaudit. Watch for
anything yellow or red..
