The Mesa web page (www.mesa3d.org) has links to providers of hardware
drivers for Mesa. There are links for Voodoo, nVidia, some Matrox and
ATI, and 3DLabs chipsets. The 3DLabs chip drivers are provided by
S.u.S.E. That said, I am not certain that Linux Performer will work with
the hardware drivers. It may be that applications must link directly
to the hardware libraries, while Performer was linked to software
libs. I have not yet tried this myself... The Performer team can
probably shed light.

Please note that Mesa is *NOT* called "MesaGL," since the developers
have not licensed OpenGL!!!!! The developers specifically request that
we not refer to the product with this false name. See the web page
