How to change parameters of an object?

I have a database file like:

#Inventor V2.1 ascii
Separator {
   Cube {
      width 100.0
      height 100.0
      depth 10.0
   }
}

After I load it by pfdLoadFile, how can I change the width,
height or depth of the cube?

Any hint and reply will be appreciated.
