There isn't enough information here to make much of a guess, we'd be
best off if you could you send us the following:

1. Graphics card info
     - What kind of graphics card do you have?
     - Are you using Mesa (what version?) or an accelerated driver?

2. Debug output from perfly
     - 'setenv PFNFYLEVEL 9' and then rerun perfly the same way as before

3. Stack Trace
     - 'gdb perfly', then 'run <your-model>', then 'where' once it dies.

Send these to mongoose-feedback++at++corp.sgi.com (not info-performer)
and we'll take a look..
