problems with pfconv & cliptextures

Hi. It looks like I had finger trouble when I sent this out before...

I am using pfconv to convert terrain tiles created using MultiGen from flt to
pfb format. There are no problems when converting untextured or conventionally
textured tiles, but when the tiles are cliptextured, the following warnings are
generated:

11362 PF Notice: pfdStoreFile_pfb: Storing
"/home/users/dev/mwhitak2/dumpster/matt.pfb"
11362 PF Warning: pfdStoreFile_pfb: Found unregistered pfImageTile
read function 0x3f073c5c.
11362 PF This function will not be saved.
11362 PF To have user callback functions saved,
11362 PF register them with pfdRegisterUserFunc.

When I attempt to perfly the resultant pfb, perfly crashes with a segmentation
fault as soon as it attempts to load the geometry.

Has anyone been able to create and use cliptextured pfbs using pfconv? Any
information or advice is appreciated.
