Performer for Red Hat Linux 6.0..

Hi,
  Thanx for answer to my earlier query. One more doubt...when I was
going thru SGI FAQ on Performer for linux, it said that - " This release
was built and has been tested with Red Hat Linux 6.0 on a variety of
Intel Pentium II based system". Has it been tested also for, say, Red
Hat 5.3? Even in your dependencies you talk about the libraries which
are for Red Hat Linux 6.0, how about the older versions? Is Red Hat
Linux 6.0 a compulsion?
  Can any one say if they have tested it on lower versions too?
