I am using pfconv to convert terrain tiles created using MultiGen from flt to
pfb format. There are no problems when converting untextured or conventionally
textured tiles, but when the tiles are cliptextured, the following errors are
generated:

11362 PF Warning: pfdStoreFile_pfb: Found unregistered pfImageTile

The resultant pfb causes perfly to crash very early in the piece with a
segmentation fault.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? I have attached the complete pfconv and
clipfly traces below for reference.
