This loader reads .dem file and creates pfASD node.
If you don't want ASD, but a simple triangle mesh, you
will need to modify the loader file yourself.
Search for pfdBuildASD in line 307 in libpfdem/pfdem.c and
replace it with your own triangulation algorithm.

To simply view an ASD file, you can use perfly or asdfly.
In asdfly, you can adjust "Detail Control" and "Max Lod Depth"
to control how much detail you want to see.
