It should work with either a free or non-free version of Motif 1.2 (and
probably 2.0 as well, going to test that soon). We don't use Motif for
much. Mainly for getting rid of window decorations, and for some dialogs
in libpfui. If you prefer a free version of Motif, lesstif is sufficient
for Performer's needs. Pointers to lesstif can be found in the FAQ.
