Please re-read my last post. The answer is there.

>From your diagram, place a point on line AB where the "View direction" vector
will intersect it. Call this G. Place another point H on AB such that a line
VH will intersect perpendicular to AB. Assuming the width of the screen is B -
A, m = -(H - G)/(B - A). Apply the rest and you'll have it.
