PFQFTR_VLDMEDIA is basically just checking to see if the VL supports the
newer Digital Media types of interfaces. Things like the DMbuffers
instead of the older Ring buffers. This first appeared on the O2 under
IRIX 6.3 and was available more universally under IRIX 6.4 and 6.5 prior
to this you could only use the older VL interface.
The PFQTR_INTERLACE just checks if the SGIX_interlace extension is
supported so that they can interlace the separate fields.
