I was told some time ago that the behavior of pfDelete in a multiprocessing
Performer app is to postpone the deletion of the object until it has had
time to flow through the rendering pipeline and can be safely deleted.
I have some c++ objects in my application that I'd like to be able to handle
in the same way. That is, pfDelete them and have Performer do the delete
only when it is safe to do so. I'm guessing that if I derive my objects from
pfMemory, I should be able to pfDelete them just like any other Performer
object. True? False? Any problems doing this?
Thanks,
