Whoops, a documentation error. Check pfiIXformStartMotion and
pfiInputXform::setStartMotion. (C and C++, respectively)

As an aside, all the source code for the pfiXformer routines is
shipped with performer_dev in /usr/share/Performer/src/lib/libpfui.
Taking a quick look through the code, pfiXformer::setMotionLimits()
and pfiInputXformTravel::setAccelRate() look interesting.
