Hi,

I am doing some profiling on my draw process. I have one case
where the draw process spend a lot more time in the call
pfChannel::pf_fillUpstreamBuffer than in the others cases
(2.5% of the time instead of 0.1%).

I'd like to know what this pfChannel::pf_fillUpstreamBuffer call
is doing.
