I didn't cc my reply to the group so for everyone's benefit. I have said
that reset doesn't exist in performer terms. Normally this refers to the
reinitialization of some application variables.

In perfly for example it initializes the xformer position and perhaps a
few other things.

Performer is in a continuous loop including a screen clear.
