If projection system, you need to generate your scene on 2 different viewports
corresponding to the left and right eye view separatelly in the frame buffer.
Then, you will need to output these 2 viewports on 2 separate video channels
on DG5 and using ircombine(1G).
After, each video channels will be differently polarized by the projection system.
Filtetered paper glasses will provide 3D viewing.
It is your projection system that give you the solution.
