The graphics pipe crashed, and the kernel backed up. death_reason
6 is a hiwater timeout (meaning the gfx pipe was stalled/hung so
the kernel could no longer send data to it)... this could be a sw
bug (what OS/patches are you running?), but more likely this is a
HW failure...
I'd suggest running diags (/usr/diags/IR/bin/irsaudit -c) a few times
to see if they can catch any hw failures.
And, as Phil says... this could be a sw bug, if so open up a case
with support.
