You could SAVE the house after loading as a pfb. pfb is a monolithic
scene graph dumped to file, well when I say monolithic, is stores all
the objects etc, but only performer supports loading it and it loads the
WHOLE thing. The beauty is you can easily save YOUR scene graph or sub
graph of interest to a pfb and you have what you are looking for ready
for fast loading (which is the objective of pfb).
