It does indeed, it doesn't use use the Performer mechanism for creating
a Pbuffer, doesn't have a Performer scene graph, it's not MP safe ( and
it should be C++ :-) ) but, it does do all the VL/GLX nitty gritty which
is much the biggest battle.
