Thanks to all who responded. I feel like I have a much better handle on the problem now. Ideally, I would like a totally hardware solution but I am not sure that is possible. I definitely plan to install SGImeeting and give that a try. If neither of these options prove adequate, I will try some of the more involved approaches.
