I have attached two image files with the statistics presented that show
the problem I'm having. If you notice, the dotted lines after the draw
processes get extremely long when in 6 channel mode. I have read the
docs on performer and how to interpret the statistics lines but I'm
still stuck. Let me give you some info on the situation.

Onyx2 IR2 Rack, 4RM7?(16Mb texture), 8-195Mhz R10K, 512Mb RAM
Irix 6.4
Performer 2.2
EasyScene 4.1
7.2 Compilers
N32 executable
DG-8 using 6-640x480 channels.
Some very trivial symbology being drawn over several of the channels

We have take out the symbology, with no improvement.
Originally we were using the 7.1.1 compilers and upgraded for N32
reasons minor improvement.
Originally using 4.0.2 EasyScene and upgraded for Y2K reasons, no
improvement.
We have a database paging process but the images included with this
email do not include this process running.
We had some dynamic models (aircraft) in the application process but
those have been removed and are net affecting the performance.

Basically it looks like there is a ton of overhead related to drawing 6
channels. Do these stat displays look normal or are we doing something
dumb that would cause this kind of performance degradation?

Please copy your replys to my email since I probably won't get the
info-performer emails for another day or two.

Thanks for the help,
GW
