No, sorry. pfb & pfa were always intended to be dump/restore paging
formats rather than interchange formats, so we never spec'd their
layout, even internally. The closest thing to a spec is the code
itself, which isn't too bad, just big. It's shipped on the pf2.2 CD,
in performer_dev.src.loader:

   /usr/share/Performer/src/lib/libpfdb/libpfpfb/pfpfb.c
