Serial port com in while(1)

Hi pfPeople,

I have some serial comm. code which polls the data from the serial port.
Currently this is is in the while loop and executed each frame.

Since the data from the serial port is not continuous I want to build
an callback function which is called when some data arrives to the
serial
port of the machine. I think this is a pretty common problem.
