You need a relative path in your *.ct file to the clipstack - something like
../data/clipstack/img-5551/%d/c%03d/img.c%03d.r%03d.%d.5551
where the first field (%d) is for the level (i.e. 2,4,8,16...131072), the
second reads specifies directories in columns (c000,c001,c002...) for
directories in columns, and the third is a format string for the actual
clipstack files (img.c000.r000.32.5551). If Vega can find the .ct file, that
relative path inside the .ct file should take care of the rest.

Chuck.

Hi Ron,

Hello,I have a directory which contains all the files for a clip texture,
including the *.ct file. I try to use this clip-texture from Vega 3.3 and I
observe the following:1. If the current directory is the clip-texture directory, everything works
fine.
2. If the current directory is not the clip-texture directory, and I leave
the *.ct file unchanged, I only get a low-resolution texture but no error
message is issued.
3. If I change the filename templates in the *.ct file, I get error messages
indicating that the program failed to locate the clip-texture files. In conclusion, if I don't run the program from the clip-texture directory,
it locates the clip-texture files but fails to use them properly. Am I
wrong in assuming that this behavior is faulty? I would like to be able to
run the program from its own directory rather than having to change to the
clip-texture directory. How can I do that? Thanks in advance,
Ron.
