MicroStation file loader?

I may have access to a fairly complex and large data set that has been
generated by the CAD package MicroStation. I am looking at what the
possibilites are for visualizing this with Performer. Does anyone know of a
Performer file loader for the MicroStation file format? Or does anyone know of
any file converters and their robustness. I know next to nothing about
MicroStation... Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
